Well, Pittsburgh is gonna win the Superbowl. Congrats! So, where do I send the case of wine? (I bet the Pittsburgh bloggers a case of wine and I think they are gonna make me run around campus with a Steelers hat on while waving my Terrible Towel that they gave me).
Everyone else? Here’s your consolation prize: a few more del.icio.us items posted. It’s 4 a.m. here in Switzerland.
Now I start the long travels back to Seattle. I’ll be offline most of the time until Tuesday. Have a good one!
I’ve seen several geek projects lately use the “r” naming that Flickr made popular and I don’t like it.
Anyway, grabbr is a utility to make it easier to capture screen shots and upload them to Flickr.
Yeah, I’m getting punchy. Looks like Pittsburgh is gonna roll over Seattle in the Superbowl.
You ever think that doing Photoshop inside a Web browser would be impossible? Well, PXN8 gets a lot closer than I would have expected. This is cool. Not quite as cool as the Rolling Stones at the Superbowl, but cool nonetheless. Thanks to Don Dodge for sending that over.
I’m uploading a bunch of items to my Del.icio.us feed. 22 so far, more coming.
Is all of Microsoft watching the SuperBowl? This is the quietest my email has been in years. Damn, Pittsburgh just scored and are now in the lead.
Congratulations to Martin Varasavsky, CEO of Fon. Maryam and I were invited up to his house when we were in Paris and he was a gracious and interesting host. Fon sounds like an interesting concept that lets you share your wifi with other people (and add services for your friends). It was funded for $21 million by a group that includes Google and Skype. Om Malik has more info. Martin has more info on his blog.
So, are you a “fonero?”
