Remember the CSS Zen Garden? That’s one of my favorite places to get design inspiration. Take one site and remake the design just by changing a CSS file? Well, we’re doing the same thing for Mix06. Take our site and change our design. The best three win some cool prizes.
Here’s the submissions so far.

aah the contest page (http://mix06.com/Contest.aspx) somehow manages to crash all my browsers….I tried in Opera, IE and Firefox…
I guess its windows media clip on that page which crashes it…
I guess it might be version conflict or something…but anyways some of the sites in the gallery are just too good…
Regards,
Deep

It opened in Firefox for me, although slowed down my browser to this nasty crawl. I think this is a great idea, by the way; I’ve been a fan of Zen Garden for a long time, and they were a major help with me learning CSS2 for the first time last year, so it’s nice to see Microsoft emulating them. CSS junkies, please note: top prize for that contest is free admission, airfare and hotel; and so far most of the submissions are not too outstanding.
