Link to women, Gia reminds

International women’s day is coming up and Gia reminds me to link to women. Hey, I’m a sucker for a good linkbeg.

    Why should someone link to a blog just because it is written by a female? That is kind of insinuating that ordinarily people only link to blogs written by males and that is just wrong, links are made to blogs because of relevance and nothing else.

    So why should I for example link to some Mommy’s blog from my cycling blog? Now if the Mommy’s blog has a post about teaching children how to ride a bike then the relevancy bit kicks in but to link to a blog just because it is written by a female just seems like a petty request to me.
