Cancer survior’s guide for software developers

by on March 7, 2006

I hope none of you need to read this, but Douglas Reilly is a cancer survivor and wrote a great article for software developers who learn that they have cancer.

Thanks Douglas, this is a real gift and reminds us all that our time here is way too short. I hope you’re with us and kicking our behind for a long time to come!

  • Innocent Bystander
I betcha he's not spending a lot of time playing Second Life.
  • It's not a blog site but I'd certainly recommend taking a look at John's Journey and it's intensely personal. It's about MND - incurable, relentless, devastating and little understood.

I have some family history there so it features prominently at my place and always will. Don't know if there's a US equivalent. The steepest learning curve I ever took.
