  1. You can always just type in ’ instead of the apostrophe & that should handle it. It’s just the way the SQL in encoding it that’s the problem.

  2. Weird. I just went for a slash and got an apostrophe. [ Sorry. English humo(u)r alert ]
    However a workaround is ‘g/’/s//\//gp’ if you happen to speak ‘vi’
