Long Zheng April 3, 2006 at 4:11 am: I have vague memories of some of the scenarios in SimCity 2000, and I do believe one was flooding in New Orleans. I guess Maxis was trying to tell everyone, but no one listened because they were all too busy deploying earthquakes and killer robots.
