I have about 8 yahoo email accounts. I changed a password and selected two secret questions and now I can't get into that email account. I have stayed awake all night trying to remember the password. I remember the response to the first secret question. And although the rep;y to the second question is always the same answer, I must have made a typo or changed the sequence to the answer because i can't get it right. I spoent days going through the yahoo website trying to find a way to contact yahoo. I could only get this one form to come up and I would fill it out and never receive any confirmation or reply. Then I searched myself onto the website and there you had this address ' mailto:account-security-help@cc.yahoo-inc.com' listed for yahoo. I sent an email to that address. I got back a standard reply asking me to answer several questions trying to prove I did in fact own that mail account. It says to answer the questions and hit the reply tab, making sure the original customer number is in the subject box I did that. However, each time I answer the questions and return the email hoping someone will get back in touch and let me back into my email account, I just keep getting the same basic email back telling me to answer the questions and return the amail to yahoo. I seemed to have hit a glitchj. I've been locked out of the account since 5/31/09 and I'm worried they are going to delete the account. I have all of my tax information (and my extension is about to run out) all of my banking ifnormation as well as important medical documentation. Whether or not it was stupid to use the email account for these things is pointless now. Can anyone tell me how I can get a reply from yahoo and get back into my email account. I just don't know what to do now. If I thought it was safe or that they really worked I would buy one of those programs that say they can get you past security and back into your account. I've never done anything like that before and don't really approve of that practice, but I don't know why yahoo has to be so difficult. Does anyone know a phone number where I can get in touch with a person at yahoo?. I have two other email providers and they are pretty easy to get in touch with. They reply right away. Any and all help is appreciated
