Shel and I agree
When the cover of Wired says “Get Naked … and Rule the World” we have to agree.
Get Naked Conversations on Amazon.
It’s amazing to both of us that the book has consistently been in the top 5,000 books on Amazon for months ever since it first came out last January (out of millions of books).
Thank you to everyone who bought a copy.

You are very welcome. As I read it I got the feeling that it was the spiritual successor to Cluetrain.

I went to a business show at Olympia at GYOB show and at least 2 of the speakers mentioned Naked Conversations as a good book to explain bloging.
We just need to persuade one of the other speakers ( a very well known Inventor in the UK) to start bloging or even vloging.

Engineers create so much value for the world, yet get very little attention. In these high tech companies you visit, when you decide who to film, try to find the mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, integration engineer…or other engineer who makes the wheels turn. Many of them are introverts and will need your extra effort to find and highlight them.

I just bought a new copy on Amazon - my original copy disappeared. You’re welcome!

How many copies have you sold? Don’t worry, the IRS isn’t reading this. :)

You’re welcome buddy. I’m trying to make it into my company’s culture. It’s tough (it’s a big multinational company with a hundred yrs of doing things in a certain way) but I’m slowing finding a way. Cheers. Simone

Get this book. It’s one of the best books I’ve read on blogging. And I’ve read no less than 18 blogging books related to business. Most are useless, in my opinion - including Andy Wibbel’s Blogwild. No offense, Andy seems like a great guy. I just thought his book as a little rushed and really light on usable content.
Get Naked, though…rocks.

Amazing book… had to ask a friend in US to buy a copy for me. I’m in India.

I was one of the two people advocating reading it at the Growing Your Own Business conference mentioned above. It has been really helpful to help me explain why people should be blogging in organisations of all sizes. The cultural considerations discussed are also helpful where orgs are considering global blogging approaches. I’d love to have a “will work/probably won’t work… unless” matrix by country… is there one out there?
Thanks, Robert! You rock.
