We were sitting around in Jeff Pulver’s hotel suite when Dr. Robert Pepper (former policy chief for the FCC, now works in advanced technology policy at Cisco) asked me “what is Twitter?

    So when you describe Steve Garfield as a “cool video blogger” do you mean, like Fonzy cool? Or was the air conditioning just working really well? Because I don’t think I’ve ever seen Steve wear a leather jacket or ride a motorcycle or anything like that.
