No. They should probably remove all the stolen code first, then re-implement their functionality. Rather than continue to build on the borrowed code, then change it afterwards.

The more they develop on the stolen code the harder it&#039;ll be to undo it later.

They&#039;ll never be able to jump through the legal/lawyer hoops required for the users to sell the photos in a marketplace with the code as is. Without obviously fresh code, html markup, css, images etc, the main money making point of the site can never happen.</description>
