Rio, in your face, about gaming
New video gaming show with Rio Pesino. Al Alcorn, co-founder of Atari, is on here.
Damn, is this PodTech? Shhhhh, don’t tell anyone. We’re supposed to be lying over and dying. Or so I read on the Internet. :-)
First shoot in our nice new studio, too. It’s not quite finished, when it is, we’ll give you a tour and have you over for lunch, or something like that.

I’m actually pretty glad content creation is the number 1 priority at podtech again. As John knows, I’ve been a fan for a veeery long time and when I saw rumors of it shifting directions I was worried.
And the show is really good as well. Now if only it were HD.

This is indeed pretty good. Do you know if there is going to be an RSS feed to this show?

I could care less about gaming news, but props to Podtech for the content you guys are putting out. Just wandered back from the new Ill Doctrine site. J-Smooth speaks truth to power about blingy entertainment, and he’s entertaining. That’s hard to come by.

This is well done. Not your typical Podtech show for sure. Hope to see more like it from you guys. Robert when is your first show in the studio?

[...] And yeah, we have a new studio at HQ, ask Robert for a tour. [...]

I have no real interest in video games, but was very interested in this show. Very nice storytelling and use of the medium.

Thanks for posting this Robert. It’s exciting to get this show up and running. I’m currently at the Penny Arcade Expo, where there’s a ton of tabletop, PC, console and your favorite, casual games ;) We’ll be covering a number of interesting topics, including the PC vs. Console debate, women’s role in gaming, among other things, so stay tuned!

Robert, Awesome video! thanks for sharing. I’m not much of a gamer these days, but played my share of arcade games back in the 70’s & 80’s. The piece about the retro games is right up my alley. I have a couple of disks full of the retro games like Centipede, Pacman, Galaxian, Galaga, Pole Position, etc that are fun to play on our PS2. I’d love to own a couple 80’s arcade game consoles, that would be a really cool addition to a home game room.

Glad to hear you are still kicking. A lot of competition out there. Thought you were dead.
