I got one of the big iPhone bills too (my son and wife had them since day one) and it didn’t bother me that much, but I wondered why someone was killing all these trees just to show me all the calls I was making. Glad iJustine spoke up about it and now the bills will change to smaller ones with only the important stuff included.

AT&T bills are way too complex, that’s for sure. I still am fighting with them to get all four of our cell phones on a single plan, too. It’s amazingly difficult, especially if you have a variety of different numbers and devices.

    I'm confused as to why all these internet savvy bloggers complain about getting a paper bill rather than signing up for paperless billing.

    I'm very curious- what has a greater environmental impact- 50 8.5x11" pages per month for, say, 10 years, or manufacturing, maintaining, and disposing of one iPhone. My money is on the latter.

    I'm a bit amused by all these bloggers complaining about the size of their bill and the amount of trees they kill. Bloggers obviously are internet savvy and have access to the web. So I'm a bit surprised NONE of them appeared to have considered going to the ATT web site and signing up for paperless billing.
  • I mean, talk about all the social data they could collect on the Scobles just by consolidating your invoices...but big telcos still don't think like smaller companies.
