Om!
While doing the recording I learned that Om Malik had a heart attack recently. I’m sorry I didn’t know that sooner and I’m sending good thoughts to Om. It’s yet another reminder to live a more healthy life. Damn.

Robert - if I send you some whole food multis, on me, would you take them every day for the next 30 days and see how you feel? Fruits and veggies and enzymes in capsules. I’ve used for 3 years. They give energy, help calming, help sleep and for some, a bit of weight loss (because they help detox and constipation). We own the company. I can send you some if you promise to take them each day. YES? Email me your address. Have been a fan for years.
