    For me, it has to be the still very new offering from Google Labs: Multiple Inboxes. It’s absolutely decimated the time I spend in Gmail.

    I’m a fan of Reqall and Jott. Great ways to make sure you grab that passing thought while driving or away from your paper or iPhone.

    OH – and, the more important productivity tool: DOING A FULL WEEKLY REVIEW EVERY WEEK!!! (nothing beats usin’ that great tool called your brain once a week to align, refresh and renegotiate all of your agreements with yourself.
