I don't think so, I don't think they find it too profitable. If they do, it's with a limited flash.

I don't think they'll be releasing Flash for the iPad or anything running iPhone OS for that matter. People have been focusing too much on the technical and practical sides, when in fact, all companies in Sillicon Valley make decisions based on profit.

As soon as I saw the ipad, I knew it was Apple trying to print money.
